Tracky is operated by Maurijn Toet, an independent maker and the owner of this app.

What Tracky stores

• Your account details, such as username, optional email address, and a securely hashed password.
• The trackers, tasks, focus areas, logs, streaks, deadlines, archive state, dashboard settings, themes, XP, items, boss progress, and leaderboard preferences you create or earn.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the app, such as session cookies, CSRF cookies, security logs, and hosting/database logs.

Why this data is used

• To create your account and let you use Tracky.
• To save your progress, streaks, goals, dashboard layout, themes, and game rewards.
• To keep the app secure, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and keep the service reliable.

Tracky does not sell your personal data and does not use advertising trackers.

Legal basis

Tracky processes personal data to provide the service you request, maintain account security, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Because tracker names and notes can become personal very quickly, avoid storing private medical, financial, or other sensitive secrets in Tracky unless you are comfortable keeping them in the app.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are important, Tracky will try to make them visible in the app. Continued use of Tracky after changes take effect means the updated policy applies.
